Crocket's organic texture has a horizontal orientation that is reminiscent of coarse tweed fabric. Despite the apparent randomness, the fibres run almost at a right angle and bring order to the surface. The shadows of crater-like edges on the embossed looking surfaces add depth. This surface texture can be interpreted in a wide range of ways by combining with various decors. The texture emphasises the rough-sawn look of rustic wood, underlines the direction the fibres run in on textile decors, softens the linearity of graphic decors and gives an exciting look to the material when used with plain colours. Crocket is suitable for vertical use on furniture and interior design elements, and has been on the market as an HPL texture for quite some time.
