- 2021 Has been a good year for us in growth, we have got back to a more regular release schedule with remasters finishing every 4 - 10 days. We are shipping more orders than ever before!
However with success comes problems, the contact form on the website is being abused. So messages are getting missed. Feel free to tag us here on snipesocial and we will DM you.
Last year we ran out of UHD boxes and had to have 15,000 made in factory as no suppliers had any, the same issue is cropping up with HDDVD boxes at the moment we still have slim boxes and transparent regular-sized boxes (not red), which means you may not get a red box. We are communicating with factories to get hold of red boxes again.
Brexit. Tax and Licencing. We currently have 2 licenced productions on our site, White Glove Massive and Sita sings the blues. When these are ordered we need to do additional filing as we have to pay commission and licence on the prints, this slows down dispatch. Normally only by a day or 2, but over the last 3 months orders have been almost 10 fold what they normally are and we are ashamed to say, we were not expecting it and were not ready. All backlogged orders will be out by this Friday. We have put new procedures in place to speed up shipping of licenced items, that we hope will resolve it, but have let you know that these two specific titles are the ones that may cause dispatch delays.
