The main characteristics of high-speed hydraulic motors are: high rotational speed, small moment of inertia, easy starting and braking, and high sensitivity of speed regulation and reversing. Usually, the output torque of high-speed hydraulic motors is small, only a few tens to several hundred N × m, so it is also called high-speed low-torque hydraulic motors. High-speed hydraulic motors include gear type, vane type, axial plunger type, etc.
The hydraulic motor enables the hydraulic system to output rotational speed and torque to drive the working parts to rotate. Second, the difference between high speed and low speed hydraulic motor
The high-speed motor has the advantages of small volume, light weight, simple structure, good manufacturability, insensitivity to oil pollution, impact resistance and small inertia. Disadvantages include large torque ripple, low efficiency, small starting torque (only 60%-70% of rated torque) and poor low speed stability. The low speed hydraulic motor is simple in structure, reliable in operation, various in specifications and low in price. Its disadvantages are large volume and weight and large torque ripple.
The rotational speed of the hydraulic motor is closely related to the torque. Although you can adjust the speed through flow, the torque of the motor is a parameter configured according to the design requirements. Attention should be paid to the selection of hydraulic motor: 1. Speed; 2. Rated flow rate; 3. Torque; 4. Rated pressure; 5. Installation method.
