The post made me consider yesteryear when Dungeoneering came out. Was it new? Yup. Was it exciting? A small bit. Can it be cool? That all depended on who you were talking to at any given time but most folks were NOT impressed with it whatsoever after a brief period once the reality of the art sunk in. Amount 120? Dungeoneering itself? It was to be only a pain in the ass way of getting a few new items and oh yes, it required a lot of hours to do RuneScape gold!

What it really amounted to when I looked at it, performed with it and saw exactly what was involved... was that ability was nothing more than a"ability" put into place in order to give all the obsessive/compulsives some thing to do after they'd done everything else to do under the RS sun.

Can you say... level 120 anybody?!? The fear at the time was that amount 120 was likely to become the new norm for all skills but for those of us who were still sane and exercised common sense logic, we saw nothing more than the empty shell with a great paint job.

Let's face it... mindless clicking to buy RS gold level some abilities to 99 was already bad enough but if you wanted it all then that is exactly what you did. Besides getting some items to show off like capes and the like... titles... yada-yada-yada... being on the top page of this hi-scores dining table... or about the individual skills tables meant you're"the top" and ought to be worshipped.
